The Sill
It my current role at The Sill, I wear many hats. From ad and email campaigns, to print and packaging design, art direction, and everything in-between; working on this small team alongside our team of merchandisers, performance marketers, copywriters, etc., has taught me to be nimble, flexible, and strategic in all of my design decisions. Working with the marketing team has given me the best of both worlds between being creative and being strategic to drive sales and see tangible results in my design work.
